Alive After 5 - May 24th

Alive After 5 is a joint venture between the City of Quesnel and the Quesnel Downtown Association. Together we received a grant from NDIT to improve the Spirit Square Stage, the Spirit Square building and host live music all summer.

Originally this was suppose to all take place during 2020, but was postponed. Construction went ahead anyways on the Stage and Spirit Centre building, adding a new facade. Tables, Chairs and lights were purchased to use during the summer events.

Live music will take place every Tuesday starting on May 24th, from 5pm to 7pm. 

This is a free event for all ages!

There will also be some local food trucks in the lot in case you get the munchies.

"I am a singer, song writer, and guitarist born and raised in beautiful BC, now living in Quesnel and loving it here!
My early musical influences were (but are not limited to), The Beatles, CCR, Pat Benatar, Heart, and Darby Mills.
I have been playing music publicly for over 30 years, both for fun and professionally. Some of my adventures included being chosen to compete at the PNE, becoming a BCCMA semi finalist in 1995 and a Provincial finalist in 2002 in Langley, where I got to compete against three other British Columbia artists.
I have had the pleasure of meeting some great people along my way 
Playing music is what I love. I have a lot of fun with it and hope to continue for quite some time!"
