Annual General Meeting - Postponed

The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday October 12th starting at 6pm in the lower Banquet Room of the Billy Barker Casino & Hotel. There will be food provided.

AGM has been moved from Sept 28th to Oct 12th due to conflict with the All Candidates Forum

The Downtown Merchants and any of the public are welcome to come to the meeting. 

At each AGM we review our past year and talk about upcoming projects, as well as elect any new board members.

Please RSVP to the Quesnel Downtown Association Office up to a week before the meeting, so that we can give numbers to the Billy Barker Hotel so that they can prepare enough food.
