Description:

Better At Home (BAH) offers non-medical support for seniors 65 years and older. BAH covers the following areas: Kersley, Quesnel-Hixon Road, Barkerville Highway to Wells, and Bouchie Lake to Baker Creek. This program is to support seniors with day-to-day tasks, helping them live in their homes longer and ensuring older adults continue to play an active part in the community.

Am I eligible and how do I apply?

Any senior identifying as part of a priority population including

• Low to modest income 
• Social isolation
• Low to moderate frailty
• Member of an underserved population, including immigrant and ethnocultural minority seniors, Indigenous elders, caregivers, 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors, and persons living with a disability
